Spencer's for Steaks and Chops - Hilton Airport Seattle

Excellent breakfast and service, but pricey

A very accommodating staff as I asked to substitute the Beef for Dungeness Crab in the Ramen. It was done very well. On a separate night, I enjoyed the chicken coq au vin. In addition to the delicious food, the service was friendly and attentive.

The bartender, John, is a wonderful bartender. He always has a friendly attitude and is very knowledgeable about the menu items. I always enjoy and the pleasant company and great conversations with John, while enjoying my favorite burger and fries, which is delicious. My favorite burger and the great service makes Spencer's my go to place. I highly recommend coming here.

Dinner was delicious. Love the creme brulee. Breakfast was less stellar pancakes where ice cold. Dinner service was amazing. Our waitress was so amazing.

Quite ok restaurant for an airport hotel. Touch and feel like a real one. Very helpful waiter. The list was a bit short but enough if you are a steak person. Meat was cooked as ordered, nothing special there. A bit pricey, steak almost 50$ without sides.

The atmosphere is nice and the service was fine, but the food itself was mediocre and over priced. If you're staying in this hotel able to go somewhere else, do yourself a favor and find another option. There are several comparably priced restaurants with better food nearby.

Good food can be difficult to find as you travel the world. So when I return for a visit I like to find and enjoy a nice place to eat.

I had a great experience here. I loved the French Onion Soup with the Crab Louie Salad. Paired with my beer, it was the perfect meal. Our server was very personable and attentive. Overall, a great experience.

This was a nice hotel bar, we could watch CNN with captions or a game, very comfortable and enjoyable, margarita and cosmo were good, decent wine selection and food was good. We had a wonderful server, Therese, who took good care of us, thank you, Therese for your great service.

No more Wagyu, but excellent food and great service!

it was awesome. if I lived near I'd go often but it's great for the night before meal. we stayed at the Hilton which was great too

Average Hilton dining for the captive guest.The best things about Spencer's are convenience and size. If you're a guest or meeting a guest, there's plenty of space a d rarely a wait. As with many hotel dining options, prices are 5-10% higher than off property, but you avoid any transportation cost and time. We had breakfasts and one dinner here, and food was OK. Breakfast portions were good, though the buffet was significantly over-priced at $25 for a weekday breakfast.

First, the good parts of this review. The service is excellent. Also the drink menu, both cocktails, beer and wine is extensive. There is rarely a wait, even at the busiest times. The bad part was the value of the food for the price. Don’t get me wrong, the food was okay. Just not what I would expect for the price paid. For example, I ordered the mushrooms as a side. They were just oyster mushrooms cooked in butter. No seasoning, no sauce and really no flavor. It was what I would expect for a $3 order of mushrooms at Chili’s, not a $13 side order. Again, not necessarily bad but just overpriced.

Overpriced food and poor service. You're better off ordering grub hub to deliver to the hotel if that's allowed.

Great food if you like steaks. They have a good selection of side dishes too.Witthout question they brought out a new steak when one of the steaks wasn't cooked exactly how he wanted it. The service is top notch. This is a hidden gem near the airport, go here if you are looking for an amazing steak dinner near the airport.

Best damn steak ever....

Happy hour is decent at $5 for draft beers and. they have about 12 different beers to chose from not just one or two. Appetizer deals at happy hour are not that good as they give you a tiny portion. Otherwise they are overpriced for their food. They have a captive audience at the hotel as there are very few food options in the seatac airport area.

Pleasant surprise. Exceeded expectations with friendly staff and perhaps the best Baked French Onion Soup I’ve ever had. Wish I would have taken photo before I took my first bite.

This is inside a hotel, so it isn't the most 'fancy' place. However, the food is rather good, drinks are excellent, and the ceilings are tall. Overall, a good dinner.

Very nice restaurant. 4 * feel inside the Hilton at the airport. Prices reflect where you are at. It is a little pricey, however the steaks were outstanding. I had the breakfast plan, and partook of their breakfast buffet in the morning. while not along the lines of a Golden corral or a Ryan's for breakfast, they do have a nice selection of fresh fruit sausage scrambled eggs juices etc. however if you want an omelette or fried eggs, that is extra.
